The Aria Kat Art Cabana offers a semi-secluded accommodation experience and comes with owners dedicated to ensuring your stay is comfortable.
Ideal for 2 people seeking a tropical hideaway, The Gumbo Limbo is situated 65 feet from the beach. Access to the beach is easy through the adjacent resort next door.
The Aria Kat Art Cabana is a studio apartment with queen size bed and AC, a private bath with hot and cold water. Furthermore, a lounge area and kitchenette with fridge, microwave and 2-burner hotplate, etc., and a large private, covered balcony with hammock and chairs.
An outdoor grill plus complimentary bikes and wifi make the Aria Kat Art Cabana a terrific value for your stay in Caye Caulker, Belize.
If you don’t want to ride the complimentary bikes, there are many golf cart taxis on the island available. Also, it is only a 10-minute walk to the village.

What Our Guests Say
The location was perfect; it was incredibly close to town but still enough of a distance that it wasn’t at all noisy. Inside the cabana was lovely, everything I could have wanted and the bed was especially comfortable.
I highly recommend this place if anyone is visiting Caye Caulker.
Close to the downtown area yet far enough away for a quiet place to unwind.
Aria and Ben are excellent hosts. Their attention to detail and the excellent response to questions made our trip seamless. Enjoy exploring the island with the bikes and check out their excellent restaurant recommendations.
Ben and Aria were so welcoming and had amazing suggestions for food and activities. The property and cabana were beautiful. Close to town, but far enough to have a little peace and quiet as well.
We will definitely be back!
Overall a wonderful place to stay and we’re already talking about a return visit to Caye Caulker and The Gumbo Limbo!
